OPN Conversion: 2 starch + 1 fruit + 1 dairy + 2 fat + 1 condiment
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 1/4 cup diced strawberry
- 1/4 cup diced banana
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
- Add oats and soy/almond milk to a glass container.
- Add strawberries, banana, and pineapple. Top with coconut flakes.
- Store overnight and enjoy!
