  • Frozen stir fry vegetable mix, without sauce
    1 (16 oz) package
  • Frozen broccoli, without sauce
    1 (16 oz) package
  • Frozen peas
    1/2 cup
  • Frozen corn
    1/2 cup
  • Brown rice, cooked
    2 cup
  • Peanuts, chopped
    1/4 cup
  • Avocado oil
    1 tablespoon
  • Teriyaki sauce (we like Fody Foods)
    1/4 cup
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
Directions

    Heat oil in a large wok over medium heat.

    Add stir fry mix, broccoli, peas and corn; cook and stir until tender.

    Fold in rice, peanuts and Teriyaki sauce, season with salt and pepper.
