OPN Conversion: 1 veg + 1 starch + 1 fruit + 2 fat + 1 condiment
- 6 oz baby carrots
- 1 tbsp light ranch
- 1 serving of white cheddar @popchips
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate covered espresso beans
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 small honey crisp apple, sliced
- Assemble all on plate and enjoy!
