  • Whole wheat tortilla (6")
    1 tortilla
  • Seitan
    4 ounce
  • Mixed greens and spinach, chopped
    1/2 cup
  • Black beans
    1/2 cup
  • Salsa
    2 tablespoon
  • Feta cheese
    1/2 ounce

    Heat a small pan over medium heat.
