  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin puree
    3 tablespoon
  • Pumpkin pie spice
    1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Sweetener of your choice
    1 teaspoon
  • Regular or pumpkin flavored brewed coffee
    8 ounce
  • Cinnamon
    1 pinch

    In a cup or saucepan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin puree. Cook on medium heat.

    Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, spices, sweetener.

    Pour coffee into a large mug, add milk mixture on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
