Ingredients

  • Pure pumpkin puree
    1 can (about 16 oz)
  • Beans, any kind
    1 1/2 cans (15.5 oz each)
  • Crushed tomatoes
    1 can (16 oz)
  • Ground turkey
    1 pound
  • Chili powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Cumin
    2 teaspoon
  • Low sodium broth of choice
    2 cup
Directions

    Sautee meat in a skillet over medium heat and add spices

    Add pumpkin, tomatoes, broth, water, and spices to slow cooker and stir.

    Rinse beans thoroughly before adding to the slow cooker. Once turkey begins to brown, it can be added to the slow cooker.

    Place on low setting for 6-8 hours. Measure into a serving bowl, account for any toppings, and enjoy!
