OPN: 1 starch + 1 fat + ½ fruit + 1 condiment
- 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- ½ of a banana, sliced
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp hemp seeds, optional
- Toast bread in toaster. Spread one Tbsp of natural peanut butter on top of toasted bread.
- Place sliced banana on top.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with hemp seeds if desired.
