Peanut Butter Banana Toast

The perfect pre-workout snack that provides carbohydrates and healthy fat to help fuel your workout!

OPN: 1 starch  + 1 fat + ½ fruit + 1 condiment  

Serves: 1

 

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ of a banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp hemp seeds, optional

 

  1. Toast bread in toaster. Spread one Tbsp of natural peanut butter on top of toasted bread.
  2. Place sliced banana on top.
  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with hemp seeds if desired.
