Low FODMAP Pasta Salad


  • 2 cups cooked brown rice pasta, drained and cooled
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup FODY Foods Garden Herb Dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • In a large bowl, toss together cooked pasta, lettuce and tomatoes. Add dressing and stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.

OPN Conversion: 1/2 cup = 1 starch, 1 fat
