- 2 cups cooked brown rice pasta, drained and cooled
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ cup FODY Foods Garden Herb Dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a large bowl, toss together cooked pasta, lettuce and tomatoes. Add dressing and stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
