Low FODMAP Oatmeal


  • ¼ cup raw buckwheat groats
  • ½ cup blue berries
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • Dash cinnamon


  • Cook groats according to package using water.
  • Place cooked groats into bowl and top with berries, pecans, and cinnamon.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

*Add any additional low FODMAP ingredients at your discretion.
