Low FODMAP Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raw buckwheat oats
  • ½ cup blue berries
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • Dash cinnamon

Instructions:

  • Cook oats according to package using water.
  • Place cooked oats into bowl and top with berries, pecans, and cinnamon.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

*Add any additional low FODMAP ingredients at your discretion.
