Low FODMAP Friendly Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • Cinnamon to taste


  • Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!

Serves: 1

OPN Conversion: 2 Fruit + 1 Vegetable + 1 Fat + 1 Dairy
