Low FODMAP French Toast


  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • Toppings: 1-2 tbsp non dairy yogurt to top, pure maple syrup 


  • Mix together the egg, milk and cinnamon in a bowl
  • Dip each slice of bread until fully coated
  • Cook on a heated pan for about 2-3 minutes per side on medium/low heat
  • Serve immediately and top with non dairy yogurt, berries, and pure maple syrup

OPN Conversion: 2 slices = 2 starch, 1 fruit, 1 condiment
