  • Boneless chicken breast
    4 ounces
  • Honey
    2 teaspoons
  • Soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • Garlic clove, sliced
    1 clove
  • Broccoli florets
    4 ounces
  • Cauliflower florets
    4 ounce
  • Olive oil
    2 teaspoon
Directions
  • 1
Add olive oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides for 2-3 minutes (less if it’s a thin breast). Remove from pan and set on a plate.
  • 2
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic and a splash of olive oil to the pan. Bring the ingredients to a simmer, then add the chicken back in and continue cooking on low medium until chicken is fully cooked (165º if using a meat thermometer) and glaze is thickened and shiny.
  • 3
Steam broccoli and cauliflower florets together in a steamer basket for 8 to 10 minutes over a pot of simmering water. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4
Slice the glazed chicken breast and serve with veggies on the side.

To batch cook: Scale up the recipe and make as much as you like; fully prepared chicken and veggies will last 4 to 5 days kept in fridge. Reheat fully before eating.
