  • Zucchini, shredded
    1/2 cup
  • Canola oil
    1/3 cup
  • Raw sugar
    3/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/3 cup
  • Flour
    1/2 cup
  • Baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Egg
    2 egg
  • Salt
    1 pinch

    Preheat oven to 350° F.

    Spray an 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

    Shred zucchini. Squeeze with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    Combine all wet ingredients.

    Separately combine dry ingredients.

    Slowly fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
