  • Banana

    1/4 avocado
  • Frozen blueberries

  • Ground flaxseed meal
    1 tablespoon
  • Almond butter
    1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in your blender in the order listed: milk, spinach, banana, avocado, blueberries, flaxseed meal, and almond butter.
