  • Banana, mashed
    1 banana
  • Protein Powder
    1 scoop
  • Almond butter (or omit & swap with peanut butter for Low FODMAP)
    2 tablespoon
  • Raw old fashioned oats
    1 1/4 cup
  • Maple syrup
    1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate chips
    1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon
    1/2 tablespoon
Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F, spray muffin tin, or insert muffin liners.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix until even consistency.
