Ingredients

  • Cucumbers, (about 2 medium) thinly sliced
    2 cup
  • Rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoon
  • Honey ( omit & swap with maple syrup for Low FODMAP)
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil
    1 teaspoon
  • Salt
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes
    1 pinch
Directions

    Finely slice cucumbers and transfer to a medium-size bowl.

    Add sesame seeds to cucumbers.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients.
