OPN Conversion: 1 cup = 1 vegetable + 3 fat
- 1 bunch kale, stems & ribs removed, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt, more to taste
- Dash of pepper & garlic powder
- In a large bowl, toss kale, olive oil and seasonings.
- Add kale (in batches if need be) and cook at 375 in air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
