Air Fried Kale Chips

Serves 1

OPN Conversion: 1 cup = 1 vegetable + 3 fat


  • 1 bunch kale, stems & ribs removed, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt, more to taste
  • Dash of pepper & garlic powder


  1. In a large bowl, toss kale, olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Add kale (in batches if need be) and cook at 375 in air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
